5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as digital products and personalized items, are non-returnable.

5.2 Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
